Everybody who has ever lost a lot of weight that it boils down to two things. Diet, and exercise. As much as we’d like to believe in some miracle cure, you can get around these two. But they can be much easier than you think. Read on.

When most people think of diet, they think of the actual food that the eat. What many people don’t realize is that when you eat has just a big impact as what you eat. They did a study on some mice. One group was given x number of calories, at one time during the day. The other group was given the same amount of mouse food, but spread out. Guess what happened? Group one got fat, group two didn’t.

The strategy then is fairly straightforward. Just take whatever food you eating during a day, and spread it out. Avoid big meals, and try to have several smaller meals. Keep in mind that you don’t have worry about what you eat, just focus on when you eat.

What happens to most people when they do this is that they find themselves eating less and less. By eating more often, you are hungry a lot less, and less prone to overeat. Did I mention you can eat the same foods you already eat?

The second trick is exercise. You don’t need to hit the gym every day for an hour. (Unless there a bunch of really cute guys there.) It’s best to get just a couple minutes of exercise in the morning. And by a couple, I really mean two or three minutes. This will jump start your body into energy burning mode. Just do a couple sit ups, maybe a push up or two, or some squats.

When you combine these two simple ideas, you will notice a profound effect on your body over time. Not only that, but you will enjoy an increased amount energy as well.
