Day 6- Have beef, vegetable and cabbage soup on the sixth day. Consuming potato is strictly restricted.
Day 7- you out can take brown rice with cabbage soup. You may also take vegetables and fruit juice without sugar.
The main ingredients of the cabbage soup are: cabbage, onion, peppers and tomatoes.
