Fast Weight Loss: Reduce Weight Without Much Exertion

There are many ways to loose weight in a fast way. But mostly people think it is only dieting that is making you starve and exercise a lot. There is nothing wrong in this. You will definitely loose weight but till the day you will reach your desired weight, you will not feel happy! It is a fact. Why? What can be the reason? It is weakened immune system and hence weakness and diseases. And believe me when you will start eating again that is when you will come to your normal diet, weight gain will be double than that of your previous weight.

You must be thinking then what can be the fastest way to loose weight? Yes, there is a way. When you plan to loose weight, first of all note the areas of fat accumulation. See how much fat is there that you need to loose. And decide a deadline that is the date till which you want to achieve your desired weight. Or you can do it in another way. Check the measurements of your body parts like neck, shoulders, chest, waist, hips, and thighs. See how much is needed to loose.

Start burning calories as it is more important than burning fat. This is because when you consume calories it is used by body to work. Now the calories which are left are stored in the body in the form of fats. In this way consumption of calories leads to weight gain. It is good to consume healthy monounsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats instead of saturated and Trans fat but not in excess.

Join a gym and exercise at least three times a week for minimum thirty minutes a day. Do it before breakfast for maximum fat loss. Increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables and fibers. Do not take preservatives and foods that are made up of chemicals.

Eat well and do not ever think of dieting. If you will consume right thing at right time, there is no way that you will gain weight. Divide your meals in five to six meals a day. This will help in boosting your body metabolism and helps in burning more calories.

Consumption of fibers should be increased as it will make you feel full and you will take the next meal in fewer amounts. It is recommended that you take low density foods like fruits and vegetables which are less in calories and rich in vitamins and minerals. It also makes your metabolic rate strong.

It is advisable to take ten glasses of pure drinking water per day. It helps a lot in loosing body weight and also removes toxins from body. It also makes you feel full. As a result you will eat less. But it does not mean that you adopt only water diet and avoid taking foods.

In the beginning you will feel some problem to cope up. But when you see your weight loosing and body toning, you will be encouraged and meet your deadline.

There is an effective way to fast weight loss. You need not tire or burden yourself with excessive exercises. Just a regular exercise three times a week and eating the right kind of food will suffice. Or you may want to try Phase 2.
