After a long time of practicing kettlebell juggling, I wanted to switch it up.  I would have liked to revisit just the basic kettlebell snatch and see just what I could do now.</p>
<p>Primarily I was interested in doing a 10 minute snatch test with multiple hand switches and seeing what sort of numbers I could get.  The kettlebell juggling had been very beneficial but its still took a little time to get back into the groove of many repetitions.  This goes to the SAID principle, which is specific adaptation to imposed demands.  Fundamentally you get proficient at in particular what you do.</p>
<p>200 reps with the 53 lb.  Kettlebell is commonly known as a good benchmark to hit.  And I had hit it previously but now I wanted to surpass it.</p>
<p>Now my best resides at 207 reps.  But I haven&#8217;t used that weight for the previous 3 weeks.  What was my reasoning?</p>
<p>I started a tiny bit of an experiment.  Last week I did the test with the 70 lb.  Kettlebell and scored 136 total reps.  This left me sore for a few days.  My main goal here was to get use to a larger weight.</p>

<p>This morning I determined to use the lighter bell, only 35 lbs.  Hit 250 without much difficulty.  My goal here was to improve speed, which I felt I was not so good earlier.  And let me tell you this is a particularly quick pace.  Can&#8217;t go quicker at all at this time.</p>
<p>The week after next I may return to the 53 lb. bell and see how it is going.  I have little doubt that I&#8217;ll improve but we are going to see by quite how much.  By working with different weights I feel you get far better results.</p>
<p>Sometimes its to your benefit to work with other weights, for higher or lower reps, particularly if you have hit a plateau.</p>

This article is intended to help you find out how to get flat abs through using a workout that provides high intensity stabilization techniques. Changing up an abs exercise routine can help you produce a higher intensity work out which is going to speed up your results.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to show you an example today of one of my favorite ab workouts that doesn&#8217;t include any direct ab exercises at all. It&#8217;s in a tri-set format (similar to a super-set but alternating between 3 exercises).</p>
<p>Here goes:</p>
<p>1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows</p>
<p>1b. Front Squats with Barbell</p>
<p>1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor</p>
<p>A good rep scheme to use with this could be 3-4 sets of 8 reps for each exercise, or more sets for less reps, such as 5 sets of 5 reps of each exercise. Instead of reps for mountain climbers, you can do them for a time interval (30 seconds).</p>
<p>To do renegade dumbbell rows, start in a pushup position with your hands on two dumbbells. Then, row one dumbbell up while keeping your body stabilized with the other arm.~ Bring the dumbbell back to the ground and alternate the rowing arm while stabilizing with the opposite arm. So how does this work out my abs you may be asking? The stabilizing effect during the rows it what creates work for your abdominal. Dont think your abs are getting a workout, wait til you feel it in the morning!</p>

<p>If you are wondering how front squats are performed, they are done similar to back squats. The only difference being that you position the barbell in front of your body on the front of your shoulders unlike in back squats when you rest them on the upper part of your back. You stabilize the barbell on your shoulders by crossing your arms and pushing your fists into the bar against your shoulders while keeping your elbows out in front of the body.</p>
<p>This is going to take a little practice to do at first. You may want to talk to a professional if you are trouble getting the set up of the form properly or if you arent sure if you are doing it correctly. The proper form is most important when doing any exercise or workout routine. As the weight shifts to the front of body, the extreme stabilization strength is going to work your abs. This is another exercise that youll be feeling in your abdominal area!</p>
<p>For the mountain climbers you are going to hold a starting position just like a you would a push up. The motion process begins by shuffling your feet in a manner so that your knees are moving up to your chest and then back to the pushup position. It sort of resembles climbing a mountain but flat on the floor.</p>
<p>After doing each exercise, rest for 30 seconds then start the next one. For the completion of each tri-set, rest for about 1-2 minutes before repeating the whole tri-set.</p>
<p>This is undoubtedly going to give you one of the best abs workout you can have. This all without any direct abs exercises. Dont believe, try it out and see for yourself!</p>
