Dealing with anxiety, as hard as it is, can be conquered. I say this both from first hand experience with anxiety, and from watching others being able to take what was once a crippling anxiety disorder and completely get rid of it.

I don’t want to downplay it as I know how dreadful and devastating the symptoms can be. Anxiety is a brutal thing to deal with and I sympathize with anyone who battles it.
